Employment Law Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an Attorney to join our growing Employment Law department. The Employment Law Attorney will handle and support a heavy and complex caseload from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial.

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from a fully ABA accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association.
• A plus to have experience on wage and hour claims
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
