This role will work closely with a lead attorney and litigation paralegal. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to administrative duties, pleadings, and discovery indexes, as well as implementing and improving upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, Bachelor’s Degree, or a Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
- Experience in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Premises, First Party or other injury related practice areas (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant preferably in a law firm setting or in a corporate legal department.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a great attitude and minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation skills
