Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal position at Morgan & Morgan in Nashville, Tennessee, where the candidate will work closely with a lead attorney and litigation assistant to prepare legal documents, communicate with clients, conduct research, and coordinate depositions.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience
• Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
• Experience in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Premises, First Party, Medical Malpractice or other injury related practice areas (required)
• At least 2 years of working experience as a litigation paralegal or in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
