Litigation Paralegal

This role will work closely with a lead attorney and legal assistant, responsible for preparing legal documents, communicating with clients and court, conducting legal research, and performing administrative duties. Competitive pay and generous bonus plan offered.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program
• Experience in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury related practice areas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, and procedures
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive computer and database expertise
