Personal Injury Case Manager

We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team at Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting consumer rights. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic, with experience in personal injury case management, litigation paralegal, or bodily injury claims adjustment.

Requirements

• Daily interaction with existing and potential clients
• Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers during the course of treatment
• Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions
• Work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files
• Maintain organized case files
• Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriers under the direct supervision of an attorney
