Pre-Suit Attorney

At Morgan & Morgan, we're seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to handle pre-litigation work, manage a team, and drive compliance and KPIs. The role is responsible for guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Desire to become part of a trial team
