Trial Attorney

At Morgan & Morgan, we're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our quickly growing practice in Raleigh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for trying cases.

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (NC required)
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
