Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an Attorney interested in learning Workers' Compensation from the ground up. The Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney will work alongside world-class, experienced Workers Comp litigation Attorney's as they handle a heavy and complex case-load of cases and hearings.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the NY State Bar Association
• Ability to manage high volume of cases and hearings
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
