Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a reliable and ambitious Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the property under the guidance of the Property Manager. You will assist with leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight while ensuring the property’s high standards and providing top-notch service to both residents and staff.

Requirements

• Associates degree from a two-year college or university, or two to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in property management or managerial experience in a sales/customer service role
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance
