Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Morgan Properties. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues, maintaining interior and exterior areas, and providing outstanding customer service to residents. In exchange for your hard work, we offer a competitive compensation package, including base pay, rent discount, and benefits.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
- Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
- One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- Base Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
