Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting and delivers outstanding customer service. As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues and maintaining interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards.
Requirements
- Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
- Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property
- HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
- One to three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
