Job Description
Advance your maintenance career with Morgan Properties as a Multi-Site Service Manager. The role involves managing multiple sites, leading a team of Maintenance Technicians, and providing exceptional service to residents. Responsibilities include establishing and managing a 24-hour on-call schedule, adhering to preventative maintenance schedules, and mentoring technicians to increase their knowledge and skill set.
Requirements
- Active and valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
- One-year certificate, 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
