Service Technician

Join Our Maintenance Team – Where Skill, Service & Growth Matter. As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will troubleshoot service issues, maintain interior and exterior areas, and communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff.

Requirements

• Active, valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the property
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
