Join Morgan Properties as a Maintenance Service Tech to fulfill the need of a Maintenance Technician at their properties. Responsibilities include trouble-shooting service issues, maintaining property standards, and working in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Active and valid driver's license
• Personal vehicle
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification (preferred)
