Industrial Design Manager

tms is seeking an Industrial Design Manager to lead the Industrial Design team in creating groundbreaking and balanced products. The successful candidate will have a passion for design, experience leading a team, and expertise in SolidWorks, Rhino 3D, and Keyshot. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results on time and on budget.

Requirements

• Manage and lead the Industrial Design team
• Determine aesthetic direction, materials, construction methods, mechanisms, shape, finishes, and manufacturing processes of final products
• Build, mentor, and support a team of dedicated industrial designers
• Lead industrial design team through high volumes of development work
• Build and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
