Staff Accountant

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with heavy concentration in accounting
• Pursuit of CPA certification a plus
• 0-2 years of accounting work experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience in inventory accounting
• Proficiency in JD Edwards (or similar ERP system)
• Knowledge of state tax compliance or tax exemption activities
