This position oversees daily housekeeping operations across our campuses ensuring our community is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations for Residential Living.
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
- Conduct routine rounds to monitor quality of housekeeping services.
- Maintain inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies, prepare monthly billing, and manage records in our data system.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ of housekeeping experience
- Minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize position-related software and systems.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
