Data Research Analyst- Latin Languages Speaker

We’re looking for driven Portuguese, Italian, French and/or Spanish speakers to join our team as a Data Research Analyst. As a team of data analysts taking pride in delivering top-quality financial data to Empower Investors’ Success, you will work closely with the Global Data Team and Local Business Representatives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data across global markets.

Requirements

• Collaborate closely with the global data teams
• Manage business relationships with fund companies
• Meet the predetermined production deadlines for internal and external clients
• Utilize project management methodologies such as LEAN Six Sigma to track, evaluate and determine resolution approach for complex data issues
• Collect and maintain Morningstar data
• Translate requests from internal clients into detailed written specifications and user stories
• Improve and document client use cases
