Job Description
The Executive - People & Culture Operations role supports the development and growth of talent by effectively implementing human resource strategies in India. The role provides a great service experience to employees and managers needing assistance from People & Culture, and makes other P&C professionals on the team more productive by supporting their projects and day-to-day process tasks.
Requirements
- A minimum of bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience.
- Proven ability to learn quickly, behave professionally, and proactively take responsibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively or independently.
- Demonstrate high level of discretion and candor relating to confidential information.
- Self-motivated and can-do attitude.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel.
