Job Description
Lead Quantitative Analyst for New Product Development in Morningstar Indexes. Develop rules-based benchmark and strategic beta indexes, collaborate with research teams, and provide support for product management and sales efforts.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in index provider, asset management, or investment bank
- Quantitative investment analysis expertise
- Bachelorās degree in quantitative, financial discipline, or engineering
- Knowledge of institutional investing and modern portfolio theory
- Hands-on analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in programming language (Python, Matlab or R)
- Experience with AI tools to speed up data analysis and research
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
