Job Description
The Manager of Software Engineering will work on the Product Engineering team, managing a team of Software Engineers to ensure high productivity and high-quality product development, with a focus on integrating AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 12+ years of overall experience
- Over 5 years of experience in leading and managing software teams, using agile
- Hands-on experience with Dot Net and JavaScript, as well as JavaScript Frameworks
- Excellent conceptual knowledge of object-oriented design and functional programming
- Excellent knowledge on Application Lifecycle Management, CICD, release management
- Experience with Public Cloud and DevOps principles (Amazon AWS is a plus)
- Experience with security best practices
- Experience with quality assurance best practices
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills
- Self-directed/self-started and detail oriented
- Ability to adapt to fast pace/ever changing environment
- Strong understanding of US Retirement Industry is a big plus
- Expertise in AI-Driven Solutions
