Product Consultant

The Product Consultant will provide best-in-class service to clients, maintain expert knowledge of Morningstar products, and apply a professional approach to escalated issues. The role requires 3-4 years of experience in client support/service, a good understanding of financial markets, and excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of proven experience in client support/service
• Good understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a demanding environment with strong multi-tasking skills
• Educated to degree level, an advanced degree is a plus
