Vice President, Corporate Credit Ratings, Asset Finance (Project Finance & Infrastructure)

The Vice President, Corporate Credit Ratings, Asset Finance (Project Finance & Infrastructure) will work on various transactions as a lead analyst within project and infrastructure finance, assessing business and project risk factors, performing financial statement analysis, and drafting rating reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of applicable financial analysis experience
• Degree in business, economics, engineering or a related discipline preferred
• Strong knowledge of project finance, infrastructure, and financial markets
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Solid corporate finance and financial statement analysis capabilities
• Experience reviewing legal contracts and financial agreements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
• Willingness to travel as required
