Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. is seeking a talented Landscape Architect/Designer with 5–8+ years of experience for their Towson, Maryland office. The ideal candidate is a creative and technically strong designer with expertise in master planning, site planning, and the development of refined, buildable landscape architectural solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited university.
- 5-8 years of experience in planning and landscape architectural design.
- Familiarity with local jurisdictional requirements from comprehensive plans, to zoning codes, to detailed subdivision, landscape, and signage regulations/guidelines, including the ability to help craft modifications to these documents.
