Survey Crew Chief

We are looking for a Survey Crew Chief to join our team in Laurel, Maryland. In this role, you will execute boundary, topographic, and construction surveys using automated survey instrumentation and construction plans. You will work independently as a one-person robotic survey crew, coordinating with project managers and field teams.

Requirements

• Function effectively as a one-person crew utilizing cutting-edge robotic and GPS equipment.
• Working knowledge of construction layout, cut sheets, and survey calculations, as well as boundary and title surveys.
• Experience with topographic surveys and the collection of survey data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a survey crew or party chief role.
