We are looking to hire a marketing data analyst who will provide data-driven insights and analysis to help measure and optimize campaign performance for our agency clients.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, social science research)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a marketing, media, or agency environment
- Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, SuperMetrics, or similar tools for reporting and data visualization
- Familiarity with data processing and transformation (ETL) and database management (SQL, R, SAS, or SPSS)
- Strong ability to analyze data and derive insights that address business challenges
- Proficient in data blending and visualization techniques and creating impactful presentations for clients and internal teams
- Critical thinking skills with a structured problem-solving approach to data-driven decision-making
- Strong interest in AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency and enhance data analysis
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex data in a clear and engaging manner
