Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented RF Calibration & Lab Technician to elevate quality and repeatability of RF validation and production test environments.
Requirements
- Strong practical RF experience
- Familiarity with test equipment calibration and S-parameter measurement
- Disciplined approach to lab hygiene
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.)
- Ability to measure and characterize cable, connector, and jig S-parameters
- Debug and optimize RF test setups to eliminate measurement artifacts
- Maintain calibration logs, test setup documentation, and lab asset tracking
- Experience working with high-frequency PCB assemblies and RF modules
- Strong documentation habits and disciplined working style
