Construction Project Executive I - Wind

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Project Executive I who will lead large projects, manage customer relationships, and support business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent field, and at least 10 years of experience in construction management.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain successful customer and community relationships
• Conduct key customer service visits from pre-construction to close-out
• Preview proposals and participate in Request for Proposal process
• Act as primary customer contact for assigned projects
• Support business development initiatives and maintain customer relationships
• Provide oversight and accountability for large projects
• Manage contract administration, including terms, change requests, and invoices
• Maintain project budgets, costs, and pricing for profitable delivery
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for project team
• Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
