Design Phase Manager - Data Center Preconstruction

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Design Phase Manager to lead the design process and team members, ensuring the owner's vision is translated into design solutions and construction parameters. The role requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate problems and creatively problem-solve.

Requirements

• Overall project leadership during the design phase
• Lead the project team in achieving scope and budget alignment
• Establish and manage project budget and scope expectations
• Create and supervise project schedules and key achievements
• Ensure regulatory approvals and permits are obtained
• Identify and resolve technical design and specification concerns
