Electrical Superintendent I

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent I to provide coordination, planning, and supervision to Assistant Electrical Superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in the electrical scope. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, flexibility, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Coordinate work projects within the electrical scope, ensuring high-quality installation of electrical portions
• Supervise the installation of the collection system and manage the connection of the power grid to the existing distribution system
• Provide drawing, constructability, submittal reviews, and feedback with the engineering team
• Partner with the Sr. Superintendent in formwork selection, equipment sizing, site utilization plan, and development of project schedules and updates
• Ensure work teams have necessary resources and support, and supervise quality control of work team
• Monitor and review trade partner work plans and activities for safety concerns
• Participate in project meetings, providing liaison between field engineers and contractors or craft workers
• Oversee documentation, tracking, and analysis of all Safety, Injury, and Hazard statistics
• Coach, mentor, and train field personnel, forepersons, and assistant superintendents
• Maintain relationships with all visitors to the site
