Senior Commissioning Manager

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager to drive and lead project construction and contract administration activities with a focus on successful commissioning.

Requirements

• Execute and direct functional performance testing in the field
• Draft technical documents for issue resolutions, lessons learned, and best practices
• Conduct training and educational sessions within your discipline
• Communicate effectively across disciplines for construction coordination and issue resolution
• Collaborate with contractors in the field to resolve commissioning issues during testing
• Develop and coordinate system test procedures and oversee document control
• Support business development and new project sales
• Lead team members by example, offering effective coaching and feedback
