Senior MEP Project Manager I

Mortenson is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects or MEP scopes on medium to large projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and safety, mentoring the project team, and developing strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Manage overall project financial health, including projections, budgeting, and invoicing
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier selections, billings, and contract management
• Direct 3-D coordination and commissioning processes, ensuring conflict resolution and testing
• Lead project closeout activities, including manuals, model turnover, and training
• Supervise and develop Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s)
• Serve as main contact for owner, resolving site concerns and building relationships
• Manage change orders and obtain necessary approvals
• Ensure quality, risk, safety, and compliance throughout the project
