Senior Project Manager I

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Controls Lead) to provide leadership direction to one large project or multiple projects. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, flexibility, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Supervise overall financial health of projects
• Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections
• Allocate project estimates into the financial system
• Provide financials and billings to Accounting
• Handle subcontracts and suppliers
• Lead Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
• Function as main point of contact with owner and on-site representative
