Solar Laborer Foreman - Saddle

Mortenson is seeking a Solar Laborer Foreman responsible for coordinating crews, preparing and handling materials, and leading production team members with a focus on safety and quality.

Requirements

• Provide shift supervision for team members
• Lead production team members with a focus on safety and quality
• Develop work instructions and cross-training plans
• Provide on-the-job training and lead by example
• Drive continuous improvement of plant key performance indicators
• Adjust schedules and workload balance as required by the operation
• Monitor supply inventory levels and coordinate with others when reordering is necessary
• Utilize lean methodologies and tools to accomplish production goals
• Take ownership of functions and be responsible for the facility
