Mortenson is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to provide coordination, planning, and supervision to assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, mechanical, civil, and electrical scopes, and be able to lead a project and develop effective relationships with diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
Requirements
- 10 years trade experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management
- Current driver's license
- Ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for multiple, complex projects
- Detail-oriented, able to organize and manage multiple project tasks
- Basic understanding of construction law and business practices
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Positive, professional attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to interpret and communicate company policies
- Effective communication and active listening skills, openness to diverse input and feedback, ability to travel up to 100%
