Outside sales position for growth of the mortgage lending business through sales in the local community, with a focus on residential home loan referrals and prospecting local markets.
Requirements
- Solicit residential home loan referrals from realtors, builders, and other parts of the community
- Meet with potential borrowers to analyze financial situation and needs for purchase or refinance
- Provide necessary documentation to processing and underwriting departments for timely loan closings
