The Loan Auditor role involves reviewing Third Party Originated (TPO) closed loans for compliance with MIG, regulatory and investor requirements within designated deadlines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 1-2 years’ experience in mortgage lending or Title Company preferred.
- Knowledge of TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID)
- Proficiency in various computer software programs including Microsoft Office, database management and other business applications
