Construction Sales Consultant

Morton Buildings is seeking a self-driven and motivated Sales Consultant to increase market share within an assigned geographical territory. The successful candidate will cultivate new customers, develop relationships with long-standing customers, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the construction process.

Requirements

• 2 years sales or account management experience preferred
• 5 years of construction management experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Ability to develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel
• Aptitude to grow existing market share and be readily available during construction relative work hours
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
• Displays excellent verbal and written communication along with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
