Mill Manager

Windsor Salt is seeking a Mill Manager to oversee the Dry End Operations, manage area budget and cost, and ensure compliance with QC requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of leadership experience, a self-starter mentality, and a strong safety record.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive leadership of a team
• Ability to plan, organize and carry out multiple project assignments at once
• Ability to develop, coach and mentor the workforce, build relationships and utilize the workforce effectively while maintaining a high safety standard
