Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications

Join MOSAIC as a Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications. The ideal candidate will lead the Marketing and Communications team, developing and executing the organization-wide communications and marketing strategy. Must have a track record of success in a leadership role, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and experience in marketing and communications for non-profit organizations.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in communications, journalism, marketing, fundraising, and/or comparable combination of experience and education.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing and communications; leading all aspects of developing and managing communications strategies including e-strategies and paid advertisements;
• Experience in fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and grant content strategy is a strong asset;
• Knowledge in communications and branding for non-profit organizations; implementation of marketing strategies including fee-for-service programs; media relations and online reputation management; social media platforms and content strategy; email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp); video and multimedia content production; AI-assisted communications and content creation tools;
