Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Lead - Business Growth to join our team. In this role, you will drive key business objectives, formulate and optimize campaigns, and build consumer insights through advanced analytics.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in advanced analytics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for data-driven decision making.
- Experience in digital channel management and product management.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in customer lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of business market concepts and principles.
- Experience in advanced analytics, product management, digital channels, and payment systems or digital applications.
