Job Description
Our client, a leading telecommunications service provider in Sri Lanka, is seeking to hire an experienced Lead Data Analyst to drive adoption across e-sales, e-recharge, e-bill pay, and e-care, and facilitate easy access to, digestion of, and action upon information.
Requirements
- Responsible for ensuring the Analytics maturity needed by the team
- Manage operational report requests via Tableau/Safe Harbor
- Define activities, strategic direction, scope, and timelines on data science projects
- Carry out data preparation, cleansing, exploratory analysis, and feature engineering at scale
- Provide guidance to achieve consistent commercial growth and execution excellence in the division/BU
- Recommend resource requirements and collaborate with relevant stakeholders
