Empfangs- und Reservierungsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Front Desk and Reservation Staff to join our team at Motel One Group. As a friendly voice on the phone, a nice contact by e-mail, or a warm smile at check-in, you will provide excellent service to our guests and handle various tasks such as guest care, reservations, and administration.

Requirements

• Training in hotel management or experience in the hotel industry/Gastronomy or interest in a lateral entry
• High quality awareness and service orientation
• Hospitality qualities and passion for the hotel industry
• Open, communicative appearance and good written and spoken English and German skills
• Team ability and willingness to support across departments
