Requirements
- Training in the hotel industry or professional experience in the hotel industry / gastronomy or interest in a lateral entry
- High quality awareness and service orientation, as well as hospitality qualities and passion for the hotel industry
- Open, communicative appearance and good expression in German and English
- Team ability and willingness to support across departments
- Organizational skills and love for detail
- Creative problem-solving skills to improve the guest experience
- Self-assured and friendly appearance with good communication skills in German (necessary!) and English (desirable!)
- Team player and fun working in a team
- Adaptability to changing priorities and guest needs
- Motivation to contribute actively to the success and reputation of the hotel
