Lead Software Developer

Motia is seeking a Lead Software Developer to lead their development team, delivering high-quality software solutions and managing key third-party integrations.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related subject
• Proven experience in team building and leadership
• Hands on experience in designing and developing software solutions
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and development best practices
• Experience identifying and deploying design patterns
• Proficiency in.NET, Azure tech stack, messaging, SQL database and caching solutions
• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking
• Vendor management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driving licence
