Job Description
Motional is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Next-Gen Technologies team, focused on improving the compute performance of their autonomous driving systems. The role involves developing, testing, and optimizing software and tools for the full software stack, including ML models, on various compute architectures. This is an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of an on-board vehicle architecture.
Requirements
- Experience with machine learning accelerators (GPUs, NPUs, TPUs)
- Strong experience with modern C++ development in a Linux environment
- Comfortable with experimentation and evaluating different options
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, or other ML frameworks (preferred)
