Motional is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support technical hiring within its Autonomy Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and recruiting for software engineering functions, with a strong ability to screen candidates and build long-standing relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant sourcing or recruiting experience
• ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred)
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
