Job Description
Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join their team. The Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified professionals for clinical and administrative roles, primarily supporting hiring Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants.
Requirements
- Collaborate with recruiters and TA Managers to understand current and forecasted staffing needs
- Source active and passive candidates using various methods
- Conduct research and market analysis to inform sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified PT and PTA candidates
- Develop and maintain sourcing metrics and reporting
