Supervisor - Costa

As a Supervisor, you will lead your team to achieve excellent brand standards and customer service, maximise profit, and take ownership of customer feedback. You will also be responsible for processing stock counts and orders, partnering with the Store Manager, and supporting the team with preparing food and refreshments.

Requirements

• Previous experience of leading or supervising a team highly desirable
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
