Job Description
We are searching to hire a General Works Foreman to join our team at OFC TECHNICAL S.A, a subsidiary of OFC, to supervise general site operations and assist with support works necessary for the main construction activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field (Technological Educational Institute)
- At least 3 years of experience in supervising daily site work and managing labor teams
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations and labor management
- Familiarity with safety regulations and site safety protocols
- Understanding of quality standards and workmanship evaluation
- Knowledge of coordination practices between multiple trades and subcontractors
- Good command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
